What warranties do I have for installation?
Every Solar Installation comes bundled with Free 5 Years of Service and Warranty on BOS and Workmanship. Key components such as Solar Panels, Inverters and Batteries comes with Brand's Warranty as updated by Respective Manufacturers.
What is included in your services?
BOS Items such as Cables, Structures, ACDB, DCDB, Earthing etc are covered under Workmanship Warranty. Consumable's such as Fuse, MCB, SPD etc are not covered and shall attract applicable charges.
What are the payment Terms?
We offer Flexible Payment Terms, as agreed during Proposal Acceptance by Customer.
How fast I get my Plant, up and Running ?
Domestic Off-Grid Systems takes about 10-15 Days for Complete Handover. Grid-Tie Systems are completed within 30 days.
Handover time for Commercial Plant's depends on the Capacity to be installed and may take upto 60 Days.
Above TAT are considered based on timely Payment release by customer and smooth Departmental processes.
